The Kazakhstan Construction Industry Association (KCIA) actively supports a new initiative to accelerate the process of state examination of projects of multifunctional residential complexes.

Initiative details:

It is proposed to reduce the time frame for examining construction projects from 45 to 30 working days.
It is planned to increase the cost of examination services for faster and better work performance.

The initiative received approval from the Construction and Housing and Communal Services Committee of the Presidium of the NCE RK “Atameken” and support from developers and the business community.
KASO sent a letter to the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan calling on it to consider and accept the proposed amendments as soon as possible.
