An Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s transition to a “green economy” for 2024–2030 has been published on the website of open legal acts. This plan is aimed at achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals and includes 21 indicators in 9 economic sectors.

How does China work for environmental protection in its country?

Two employees of our center are participating in a seminar on ecological civilization and green development for the countries of the “One Belt - One Road” initiative, taking place in China, in the city of Suzhou, from June 6 to 19. Together with them, three representatives of the NJSC “International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects” are present at the seminar. The seminar is attended by delegations from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Cuba, Malaysia and Afghanistan.

In 2025, significant changes to the Tax Code are planned in Kazakhstan. These changes will affect various aspects of tax legislation, including the exclusion of certain taxes and fees, adjustments to tax rates, as well as innovations in tax administration.

The National Innovation Center and the Institute of Botany of Kazakhstan entered into a Memorandum of Intent to Strengthen Cooperation

Last week, an important working meeting took place between representatives of the RSE "Institute of Plant Biology and Biotechnology" and the General Director of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Zhambakin Kabyl Zhaparovich. During the meeting, a memorandum of intent for cooperation was signed, which opens up new prospects for the development of scientific research in the field of biology and plant biotechnology.

Research staff of our center, led by General Director Aslanbek Kuandykovich Dzhakupov, took part in the opening ceremony as part of the upcoming seminar “Seminar on Green Circular Economy and Sustainable Development for the Belt and Road Initiative Countries”, which will be held from June 11 to 27 2024 in China.

National Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship represented by A.K. Dzhakupov and the Research and Analytical Center “Maqsut Narikbayev Institute for Networking and Development (MIND)” represented by A.A. Akhmetov signed a memorandum of cooperation.
