As part of the discussion on channel 24 KZ, General Director of NCIE Aslanbek Kuandykovich Dzhakupov took part in a discussion on the topic “Development of the manufacturing industry.” During the program, both achievements and key problems faced by the industry were discussed.
Among the main problems were identified: * insufficient provision of industrial and innovative infrastructure; * lack of qualified personnel; * high degree of wear and tear of fixed assets; * questions regarding the provision of raw materials to manufacturing enterprises.
Particular attention was paid to the development of the light manufacturing industry, which in many countries, such as China, India and Japan, is a priority for economic development. Light industry has a significant multiplier effect on the economy, creating jobs, stimulating domestic demand and developing related industries.
It was emphasized that Kazakhstan has the potential for the development of light industry, including clothing, footwear and food production. The development of these industries can meet domestic demand and contribute to economic growth.
Experts also noted the importance of an innovative approach and the integration of scientific methods into industrial development. It was proposed to use the “Value Chain” method, which covers all stages of the project life cycle, from obtaining raw materials to purchasing the necessary resources, which will ensure sustainable development and increase operational efficiency.
Thus, for the successful development of the manufacturing industry in Kazakhstan, an integrated approach is required, including solving personnel and infrastructure problems, as well as the application of innovations and scientific methods.
