On April 27-28, 2023, an international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Open government and a new management culture: hear, understand, act” was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
An international scientific and practical conference on the topic “Open government and a new management culture: hear, understand, act” was held at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The conference was attended by prominent political and public figures, representatives of the civil sector, government officials and industry experts.
The plenary session was attended by D. M. Zhazykbaev, Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, M. S. Ashimbaev, Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, T. M. Suleimenov, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rae Kwon Chung, Professor economics and Nobel Peace Prize laureate, Michaela Friberg-Story, UN Resident Coordinator in Kazakhstan, and A.M. Baymenov, Chairman of the Management Committee of the Astana Public Service Hub.
